What you’ll hear from me this “week:”
I’m not technically spending a week in Austin, but it’s certainly easier to call it that. I’ll try to bring the experience to my blog as much as possible while still actually living it - I think sometimes we forget to actually have real-life experiences in the digital age.
So, what to expect from me? First, pictures of food. Lots of them. Anyone who follows this blog knows that food is my one true love and the future father of my children - and Texas is famous for its BBQ. I’ll share what I discover about the best places to eat in Austin.
Wait, you’re actually looking for music-related content? Never fear. In addition to the inevitable inspired-by-panels posts, I’ll be doing a series called Music By Blog West (MXBW for short) that will chronicle and review my live music experiences. I’m hoping to soak in as much new music as possible, but some of my essentials for the week include SONOS, Trampled By Turtles, Josh Ritter, and Anna Nalick.
